A little video/rant

Ive always wanted to film a video to really explain and express what its like to live with endo. But ive always put it off due to nerves, or not having makeup on etc. Today I thought sod it, I'm gonna film it on my laptop, in bed with no makeup on whilst I'm in pain. A very raw video just talking about how to understand what its like to have endometriosis, to not be judgmental or have disbelief in that person. I do ramble a lot so I apologise but please take time to listen and share as I just want people to be more aware.
