Covid19 and how to stay distracted

I think we can all understand the struggles we are facing in this unprecedented time. There is fear and worry about everything; money, work, food, seeing family, the list is endless. But we are all doing so well in ourselves to support each other, like local stores.

Its easy to think like the whole world is against you because a lot of things are crumbling. But we must remember it is out of our control. Thats what I've learnt, I like being in control ALL the time and I annoy myself. However, with cover-19, I've realised so many things in life I can't control. It is what it is, God knows your path you just must follow and trust him.

I have reinstated my faith so much during this time and that is definitely down to people around me. Its given me time to reflect and learn. Ive been focusing so much on God and improving myself. It hasn't been easy, I lost faith in God a while ago due to some trauma, despite this I understand Gods reasoning and the path he has laid out for me. No journey is easy, especially the journey with God. But I am so excited to continue the road and understanding there are struggles along the way. Its simply learning to deal with them, accept them and move on.

Because we are living in chaos, seek in God, worship and work together. We will get through this. Be thankful and appreciative of everything. I know in this blog I often focus a lot about my health, but we are all struggling in different ways. I want to help everyone, as many people as I can. We can get through this, we all find a way. And sometimes, you don't always need to explain your problems. Simply thinking and reflecting can help so much. You can learn and slowly overcome anything you're facing. Just believe in yourself, be a better you and feel better in your self. Pray for good health for everyone during this pandemic.

Find and focus on things you love, make time for things you want to improve on. Take your time though, don't rush anything. Do it in your own time, just because someone else is more ahead of you, doesn't mean you should be at that stage as well. For me, I need to remind myself of this everyday. Everyone has their timings. Just because you are struggling doesn't mean you won't achieve.

I have found God again, and this is my focus during this time. Making a better me. Ive also been cleaning, organising and drawing to simply keep my mind occupied. I am doing things that I haven't had time to do. Appreciate the time we have.
